We had a great stay while we were in town for a couple nights for a conference. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever seen in a vacation rental home. We weren't lacking for anything! The check-in and check-out process was very simple. We really appreciated that there wasn't a lot of clean up required for check-out because we had to get up and out fairly early that morning. The location was great. We were looking for somewhere that we could stay to get our conference site which was north of the city without having to deal with traffic on the highway. This was perfect! My only complaint would be that the towels were old and worn out, some of them bleach stained. Also, the second twin bed was stored under one of the twin beds for us and they were in a very small bedroom. For kids, it would be fine, but if two adults were in there it may be a bit tight. However, the price was GREAT for the quality of the home and the number of people it could hold. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and easy to get into. Communication with owners was excellent. The neighborhood is a bit concerning. The bathroo.s were very nice and updated with soap, shampoo, and ammenities included. Some suggestions would be for new towels and wascloths.The kitchen had 2 barstools but no kitchen table and chairs so we eere unable to eat together or play games, or cards. The couch and love seat in the living room was comfortable.

It was a great stay! For not being too familiar with this exact area of Indy, we were a little nervous as we pulled in, but the neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were lovely! We took my brother's kids trick or treating and everyone was so so nice! The house was great! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us! The dogs loved that they could stretch out and explore the backyard instead of being cooped up in a small hotel room. Nice large kitchen stocked with dinnerware and utensils. Cleaning supplies were easy to find. The bathrooms were extremely clean. Comfy couches. Everything we could need or want. Thanks your for an amazing stay! We hope it's a available for our next trip to Indiana!
