The location is perfect. Close to everything and although challenging to get in/out of the garage with an suv, it was doable and having parking included was a definite plus. We also reached out for dishwasher tabs and garbage bags and Jazz provided those with no problem. Some of the things that weren’t ideal were: you had to take two different elevators to get to the unit and then there were stairs you had to navigate to go down to the unit as well, main elevator was not well lit and the didn’t close well, strong smell of pot when getting off on 8th floor and the smell permeated onto 9th floor and into the unit, closets were not organized (sheets and things were thrown in Willy nilly), TV didn’t work in bedroom with king bed, second bedroom has a full size bed, which isn’t great for two people to share and my daughter who is 5’9” had her feet hanging off the end of the bed. The biggest issue was the air conditioning didn’t work and when I reached out 3 times, there was no response and it wasn’t addressed for our entire 3 night stay. Even with windows open, the unit didn’t get below 75 degrees, so sleeping at night was a struggle because there were no fans in the rooms either.
