  • Welcome to The Blue House Carriage House — a private and comfortable Indianapolis stay designed for convenience, flexibility, and easy city access. Tucked behind the main home, this thoughtfully designed carriage house offers the perfect setup for couples, solo travelers, business trips, weekend getaways, or extended stays.

    Located in the Brookside neighborhood near downtown Indianapolis, you’ll be close to local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Mass Ave, sporting events, concerts, and more while still having a quiet place to come home to at the end of the day.

    *Please note that entry access is up a full flight of stairs you'll access through the garage to get into the apartment above the garage.

    We can’t wait to host you at The Blue House Carriage House.

    Guests will have access to the carriage house only during their stay. No backyard access.

    Guests will have to enter through garage and go upstairs to access.

    We will not be available on site, but we are happy to communicate via this platform.

    Guests will not be able to park in the garage at this time so parking is street only.
