Romantic and fun two bedroom one bath that includes a small backyard, patio, fire pit and off patio seating. Off-street parking for two cars available. Located in old Beach Grove, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping located approximately 10 miles from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Indianapolis International Airport.

The living room is quasi French Country with seating for five.

The kitchen has seating for two at an island bar. An electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker are provided.

The master bedroom is decorated in a romantic shabby chic style with flowers abounding.

Departing from the subtle shades of the living room and master bedroom the second bedroom is decorated in a bold Bohemian style featuring an eclectic collection of pieces, floral arrangements and Huichol yarn art. With the numerous candles and other soft lighting, it is a great place to sit back and chill.

The garage has been converted to a craft area by day, but by night it sports an alter ego of my hippie youth with neon paintings and black lights.

Wanting to relax outside? An eclectic mix of color and home decor provides patio seating for three with additional off patio seating for five, a fire pit.

My home is a fine display of eclecticness with a firm rejection of less is more. A fun place to sit and have a few drinks and have an unique experience when visiting Indianapolis or just a getaway.
