We appreciate the nice rating and feedback!I think the coffee must be a personal preference you must like it stronger than most because I love it and I drink it every day and some people think it’s excellent and then some people think it’s weak so we get it pre-measured so not much we can do about it and farmer brothers is required. I would be more than happy to put two filters together and brew you a pot in the future don’t hesitate to ask.

It has been raining for days and I usually treat the outside around the building, but this is the first I have had a report and did not want to treat in the rain, since will wash off. I can assure you we change all our linens this is a zero tolerance rule. Thank you for the nice rating.Our pool dehumidifier was down while waiting on the part. We had windows open, maybe someone closed them. It is fixed now so stays around 84 degrees, it needs to be somewhat warm getting out of the water you would appreciate it. Doors are unlocked since we are a total non-smoking building and many go out all night. We are in a very low crime area. If we had issues we would lock them!

ToniseaThe first time you wrote you notice a shell of some kind when packing to leave. Now you are saying you sat in a chair all night. Who would do that, why did you not call the desk immediately? I checked you out and you did not say anything! We checked this room after the first review, NOTHING, We take this very seriously and you saying this will only hurt us, But if it were me I would have taken a picture. I certainly would not sit in a chair all night!

I checked you out yesterday, I spoke to you while you were at the coffee station, you did not say anything to me at all regarding your room. I just checked this room and we have no issues. There was a small stain that was on the mattress cover that housekeeping did miss.We take pride in our Cleanliness and you stayed all night and did not see anything till you were leaving? I can assure you we strive to maintain our standards of high quality and cleanliness. I apologize if they missed something.
