We only wish you would have expressed these concerns with us when we reached out to you during your several days stay, as we would have been happy to address the issue by fixing the valve or moving you to another unit. Hi William,We are sorry to hear about your experience with the heat during your stay. Unfortunately we were experiencing abnormally low temperatures for the area and heating has been a bit more difficult than expected. We hoped the extra heaters we provided helped.

We were left with no choice but to charge your security deposit after you were caught on camera, defecating outside of the building and housing several unregistered guests over night in the unit reserved only for yourself. We want to welcome kind and generous guests to stay with us, as we will be more than happy to do our best to make your stay a relaxing and comfortable visit in Indianapolis.

We are sorry to hear about these details. Our cleaners take before and after photos of each unit when cleaned, so we will re examine your units photos and work on any disciplinary action needed. We want all guests to have an amazing stay and if these items were missing, upon arrival, we should have been contacted to resolve any less the suitable conditions. Hi Jennifer,We are sorry you had a few hiccups in your stay. Although a cleaning fee and refundable security deposit are apart of our standard guest fees, we hope that the message we sent to you before your check out date informing you we waived those fees and did not charge you. We used that same message thread we communicated on during your entire stay and hope that message would have reached you during your stay with us. We apologize about the TV internet connection being off and of course we were happy to get you a new room as soon as you informed us of the issue. We want to insure every guest we have the pleasure to host, that our TV's are all working (we even have suites with TV's in each bedroom.) and welcome everyone to relax in our comfy beds and catch up on your favorite streaming service at our property.
