“It is a beautiful property. Everything looks clean and well-put-together. It's luxurious, but my only problem is that the front desk didn't honor my birthday even after calling them. It was my birthday, and I was told on the phone before check-in that they would make sure the front desk would know to give me a little birthday treat. I never got it and I still told the guest services when I checked in and she said she would make sure she had something sent to my room but nothing was ever done. I...

“Enjoyed the modern, abstract decor. The room was very nice, clean and seemed well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. At no fault of the hotel, the police activity was at a maximum while we were there. I appreciated the sound machine that was in the room! We did not eat at the hotel. We did visit the rooftop bar and it was very nice.”

“It was a little confusing to park to check in as there were no spots designated for that purpose and usually you need a room key for access to the parking garage. Also, I feel the front test should inform guests that the room key needed to be used on the elevator. The room itself was comfortable. Although the tv didn’t really work while it was raining. However the hotel was in the process of switching out the tvs with new ones.”
