“I was disappointed with our stay overall. We arrived about 30 minutes after the posted check in time, but there was no one at the front desk. After waiting around 10 minutes, I had to track down a member of housekeeping to help locate the front desk employee. Throughout our stay, I noticed several other guests experiencing the same issue. However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance.
