Our lakefront house is located on the Terra Largo lake. The house is fully furnished with new kitchen appliances and all the necessary essentials needed to accommodate you for your stay. The house is open plan looking out the lake.

The house furnishings includes:

1 Bedroom Downstairs
- Queen bed and bunk bed
3 Bedroom Upstairs
- Master bedroom includes bathroom, Queen bed and bunk bed
- Queen bed
- 2 Bunk bed and bathroom

Kitchen:
Equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are provided (at times, some condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well).

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

– FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –

Regarding extra guests: 12 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 12 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL/SPA HEATED?
Pool/Jacuzzi Heating: Pool is set up heated 88°. Pool/Jacuzzi heating will be extra charge of $75. Heating request must be provided 48 hours in advance.
Pool maintenance comes on Monday’s and Thursday’s

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3:00 PM (PST) and check out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.


WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our vacation homes have keyless locks. We will provide you the code prior to arrival.



WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Kitchen is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils and appliances. We also provide bath towels, pool towels and bed linens, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap, shampoo, and body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own small Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
We have 4 packing spaces. 2 parking in the garage and 2 parking on the driveway
There is absolutely, no street parking otherwise there will be fine of $750.00.

WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart TV and highspeed WiFi.
