The Space:

Welcome to your desert home base inside Indian Palms Country Club - a gated resort community in the heart of Indio. You get the whole property: a main house and a separate casita.



Main House

The main house has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and its own full bathroom and the other with a queen plus a trundle bed (a single with a second pull-out underneath). The full kitchen is equipped for real cooking, and the open living area is a comfortable spot to regroup after a day at the festival grounds, on the golf course, or by the pool. Fast Wi-Fi and a workspace are available if you need to stay connected. The washer and dryer are in the main house.



The Casita

The separate casita gives your group extra space and privacy. It has its own entrance, queen bed and a full bathroom. It's perfect for older kids who want independence, a friend joining the trip, or anyone who just likes a little breathing room.



Outdoor Space

Step outside to your patio and yard with views of the golf course. Morning coffee out here with the desert light on the fairway is hard to beat. Great for evening hangs, too.

Festival guests: Roughly 10 minutes by car from the Empire Polo Club, home to Coachella and Stagecoach. No overpriced hotels, no fighting for parking downtown - just come home, cool off at the resort pool, and recharge for the next day. Having two separate kitchens means everyone can prep on their own schedule.



Golfers: You're on the course. Indian Palms has three 9-hole layouts (Mountain, Royal, and Indian) with mature tree-lined fairways and water on 15 of 27 holes. Tee times available at the clubhouse for an additional fee.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire property - main house, casita, patio, and yard. It's all yours.



As part of the Indian Palms Country Club community, you also get complimentary access to the resort's community pools and spas, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and fitness center. The 27-hole championship golf course is available for an additional fee - just check in at the clubhouse to book a tee time. La Palma Restaurant & Bar at the clubhouse is open for dining and drinks.



The community is gated. You'll receive entry instructions before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Indian Palms sits in the heart of Indio, right in the Coachella Valley. The gated community feels like a retreat, but you're minutes from everything.



Festivals & Events: The Empire Polo Club — home to Coachella, Stagecoach, and the winter polo season — is about 10 minutes south. During festival weekends, being this close without being in the middle of the chaos is a real advantage.



Golf: Beyond the on-site 27-hole course, the Coachella Valley is packed with world-class golf. PGA West, La Quinta Resort courses, and SilverRock are all within 15–20 minutes.



Dining & Shopping: Downtown Indio is a short drive with local restaurants and breweries. The Riverside County Fairgrounds are about a mile and a half away. For more upscale dining and shopping, Palm Desert's El Paseo and Indian Wells are 15–20 minutes west.



Day Trips: Joshua Tree National Park is about 45 minutes north. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, downtown Palm Springs, and the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens are all easy day trips.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to get around the Coachella Valley. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is about 25–30 minutes west. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is widely available, though expect surge pricing during Coachella and Stagecoach weekends.

Indian Palms is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.



FAQs:



★Do we have access to a pool or spa?★

You do - guests have access to the pool & spa in the resort. It is only available to guests staying within the community.



★What are the additional fees?★

There are no additional fees for pool & spa access. You need to pay to use the golf course.



★Is the property pet-friendly?★

Pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet.



★What is the parking situation & how many vehicles can I bring?★

The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.



★Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours?

Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.



★Is early check-in or late check-out available?★

While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.



★Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors?★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
