New flooring and fixtures run throughout; the open living room is bright with a Smart TV, and the chef's kitchen has double ovens and generous counter space for cooking for a group.



The patio with grill faces the water, good for morning coffee or evening dinners.

Primary suite: King bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity

Bedroom 2: Two sets of Bunk beds, ideal for kids or groups.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with blackout curtains and ample closet space.



Living room: Open layout, Smart TV, natural light.

Kitchen: Chef's kitchen, full appliances, double ovens, generous counters.

Laundry: Washer, dryer, essentials.



Outdoors: Private backyard with lake views, patio with seating and grill.



Resort access: Three resort-style pools and Jacuzzis (5 to 6 feet deep), pickleball courts, a 27-hole championship golf course, a fitness center (fees may apply), and the on-site Hangar 19 Bar & Grill.



Gate entry is via the Monroe entrance with a code sent before check-in.



Location: About 20 minutes to El Paseo, close to Indian Wells and La Quinta, with the Living Desert Zoo, Palm Springs Tramway, casinos nearby and Joshua Tree a day-trip away.



Festival grounds are a drive in season.



Guest Access:

You have full use of the home and backyard, with driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.



Enter through the Monroe gate using the code we send before arrival.

Resort pool and spa access is included for community guests, no extra fee. Community pool hours are generally from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that hours may vary or be adjusted by the HOA, so we recommend confirming the posted hours at the pool during your stay



Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; please keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



The HOA prohibits street parking, max 4 vehicles; violations risk a $200+ fine and towing.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Early/late by 2 hours is $75 when available.
