Welcome to Sandpiper by Nest Villas! This spacious estate is your Indio escape for pool days, late-night laughs, and effortless group entertaining. The expansive pool with a floating Baja Shelf, oversized spa, sunken fire pit, and shaded lounge zones with plenty of games make the backyard an entertainer's dream, for both families and friends alike. Inside, every room is designed for comfort, fun, and easy hosting.



The Space:

The recently redesigned living room is the centerpiece of the home, with a billiards table, groovy breakfast nook, and 100 inch 4K HDR Smart, perfect for unwinding after a playful day at your desert oasis. Enjoy sun all day around the pool, or explore the many golf courses and attractions of the surrounding Coachella Valley. The built-in conversation style pit sits at the edge of the pool with comfortable seating for up to 10 people, making it perfect for stargazing, s’mores, and easy hosting under the desert sky.



Sandpiper has an open floor plan filled with natural light, double doors leading outside from almost every room, and set up for groups who love to entertain. The kitchen and breakfast bar area is fully stocked with everything you need, and opens up to the music-themed entertainment room and extravagant dining room. Extra linens, fast streaming on every TV, foosball, pool, and a multi-zone entertainment yard make your home so easy to enjoy, you'll never have to leave.

Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite + 2 twin hotel-grade rollaway beds

Bedroom 2: Queen bed (shared hall bath)

Bedroom 3: Queen bed (shared hall bath)

Bedroom 4: Bunk Room, 4x Full Beds (shared hall bath)

Bedroom 5: Queen bed (shared hall bath)



All Nest Villas homes are fitted with high-quality, fresh linens. Two hotel-grade rollaway cots are available in the master bedroom closet.



Please Note:

- Pets are an additional $150 per stay, 2 pets maximum. ALL pets must be approved before booking.

- The garage fit 1 car, you will have free parking in the driveway for 2 spots and there is plenty of street parking available.

- Pool heat is an additional $125/night. Please request pool heat 48 hours before arrival.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 14, according to the city of Indio's permitting guidelines.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors.

- Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.



IMPORTANT: Guests are required to complete Nest Villas’ standard rental agreement and check in verification process prior to receiving arrival instructions. By submitting a reservation request, Guest acknowledges and agrees to complete these requirements before check in.
