FAQ

Parking:
There is enough parking for 4 vehicles on the property. Two can be parked in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is allowed during the day. NO overnight parking on the street is allowed. Vehicles may be fined and/or towed.

Landscaping:
The HOA will take care of the property on Thursday.

Pool:
Spa heat is complimentary
A nightly fee for pool heat is $75.00 to heat the pool to 84 degrees between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.


How often is the pool cleaned? The pool is cleaned 2x per week on Tuesday and Friday.

Do we allow pets? Yes! We welcome your furbabies! A $50 fee is assessed per reservation per pet. Additional fees apply for longer stays.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We’re happy to offer early check-in and/or late check-out based on availability. If you’d like to extend your stay on either end, just let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the requested time.

Occupancy & Extra Guest Fee
The Ocotillo accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. The base rate covers up to 8 guests.
Each additional guest over 8 will incur a $25 per night, per person charge.

Child Safety
Your peace of mind and the safety of your children are our top priorities. To enhance child safety, child safety locks are installed on the top and bottom of the patio door leading to the backyard. Additionally, a pool door alarm is installed to provide an extra layer of security and alert you of any access to the pool area.

A gate transponder is provided for easy access to the community during your stay
On the day of check-in, guests will be provided a code for the front door smart lock that will only be active during their stay.
