“Sink was very slow to drain. Tub/shower very slippery. Advertised on website that they have a shuttle to the airport but they do not. Had to get an Uber. Not worth $400 a night. Breakfast was good.”

“We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

The floor was sticky, and there were food crumbs, dust, dirt, and hair along all of the walls on the floor. Walls were grimy and dirty. None of the plug-ins in the room worked except the one by the bathroom sink. Floors in the main hallways were stained and extremely dirty. We did not see any bed bugs. “We were a little disappointed with the quality of the room, especially for $200. I checked in with a kiosk that couldn't find our reservation. Although the room was fairly clean, it just seemed run down, dark, and dingy. I've stayed in Baymonts before, and this just didn't measure up.”

“The only nice thing was the bed was clean and comfortable. The worse thing was the oder. It smelled very bad, I asked for a spray they gave me something and said don't use to much. I should have asked for another room, but my husband was very tired and fell asleep before I got some ice. The floors everywhere were dirty and rain was making it worse. I do not recommend. It needs lots of repair.”

TV had to be reset by non English speaking staff that only had one remote to do so. Room key had to be rest nearly every day.”
