âReally nice reception staff and made us feel welcome and was really nice to us as we stayed there because my daughter had an operation and needed to rest after and they made sure we had everything we needed and one of them even offered to fill her hot water bottle for her stomach. So thank u. The rooms are small but u dont need much when it's just for a rest spot for a few days. Thanks again to the staff and making sure my daughter had everything she needed. Much appreciated.â

Breakast was included and it was tasty and fresh. We are vegan and it is the best hotel breakfast we have had. But the thing that elevates it is the staff. So helpful, attentive, and friendly. âFirst time staying at this lovely 16th century hotel in beautiful Burnsall. Everything about my visit went well, my room was lovely, clean and comfortable. As a sole older woman traveller, some hotels are less accepting of the fact I'm by myself but the staff here were kind and friendly and it makes a huge difference. I will definitely go back. â
