âI loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley.
I would definitely stay here again.â

âWe booked this very last minute and got the last room! It was advertised as small and delivered. Beggars cant be choosers but it was clean and comfortable. The car park is small so unless you're there early its one of the many privately owned car parks in the town and harbour. Beware of the time limits and restrictions. Hotel has a lovely outside seating area in the late afternoon sunshine. Didn't have diner at the hotel but breakfast was buffet style with an excellent choice for all the fussy...
âEnjoyed a pleasant short stay here as a family. Service in the pub/restaurant/breakfast was prompt and friendly and food was good quality and value. Our room was unexpectedly warm for the time of year, despite radiators being turned-down but there was already a good fan in the room to counter this. We had no issues with noise despite being above the pub. â
âPerfect location between Barter Book and the Playhouse with bus stop right outside. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice patio outside to enjoy summer evenings. Not fancy, but if your tastes are simple and you want an affordable base from which to explore the area, this is the place for you. â
âWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. Our room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast menu is varied plentiful and very good. Gillian and Karen are very friendly and helpful. Have to mention the desserts which we had one evening which were delicious.

âOldy-worldy charm in a converted attic, complete with a copper tub (separate from the bathroom). The only (minor) downside is the narrow, steep staircase to two of the rooms which might be troublesome for some people.
Excellent 5-star breakfast.â
âAbsolutely beautiful property, we had an amazing view of the river tweed and the gardens are lovely to walk around. You are in walkable distance to everything in Kelso which is great.â
