âAlthough Hotels.com had sent info that the room was confirmed and paid for, I got a mail from the hotel (29th of May) saying that it was only a "provisional reservation" and I should contact them ("Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation and potential cancellation fees."). I called the next morning and was told that booking was closed but IÂŽd be contacted. At 5 pm I hadn't been contacted, so I called again and was then told that it was a misunderstanding and the...

âWe had such a fantastic experience visiting rock hill. From the gated entrance, to the beautiful building, the garden, lovely breakfast (with a tea stand with a selection of bread/metas/cheese etc for each table). We stayed at the newly build apartments that was absolutely fantastic. The bathrooms had both a big shower and a big bathtub (big enough for two). Beds were very big. Quite and tranquil. I wish we would have stayed an extra day.
