“We had a suite for a little extra space and we enjoyed it. The young staff on the front desk was excellent. The free breakfast was good, I'd say above average. The staff who managed the kitchen and serving area for the breakfast was great, more than helpful. Have already booked our next stay!”

“My family and I have been staying at this hotel whenever we are visiting Pocatello for many years, and we keep coming back. We always seem to enjoy our stay. This time I was travelling alone, and it was no different - no issues, everything worked, got a good shower, easy in, and easy out! We will return! ”

“Location is great for experiencing the town of Lava Hot Springs. Picture a backcountry hotel merged with staying at grandma's, that's the feel. Very cozy. Staff was very kind. I arrived very late and had to call a couple of phone numbers to get checked in but still pretty efficient as long as you've got a cell phone. The pool took a second to find, even though a map was provided, but I suppose that's to keep people who aren't guests from knowing about it too easily.”

“In my opinion the room was smaller than I expected, also is a central air, meaning it gets hot in the room w almost no AC, then We opened the window and helped. I wish there was hooks by the door to hang coat and jacket. Also an extra small table would be helpful to put stuff on it. But besides this we had a great time, we enjoyed the hot tub, the bed was very comfy.”

“I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”
