“We just came in late for an unplanned stop and had to spend the night there. The lady at the desk was really sweet and helpfull but other than that we never really had the chance to explore the hotel since we got up early and left.”

“Absolutely would not recommend. I went to check in and there were drops of blood all over the lobby floor and outside on the sidewalk. Apparently, someone was just stabbed at the motel. Three police cars arrived and I never went to my room. I have children and left immediately. I requested a refund and Expedia refused.”

“The bathroom floor was very dirty, and there were traces of vomit behind the toilet; the bathtub was full of hair. It was a very unpleasant experience in this bathroom.”

“Despite speaking with the staff the day prior to my arrival to confirm our reservation, we showed up and were told (1) we were at the wrong hotel which was not the case, (2) then told they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked, (3) then were told it was because we used Expedia rather than booked directly, (4) then were told it was because we didn't check-in through the mobile app. It was a complete disaster. “The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night ”

“This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and probably our last. The hotel has no amenities. Nothing in the kitchen. No plates, forks, knives, nothing. No warm breakfast. Get that at even the cheap hotels.”
