“The staff were amazing and so helpful! This particular property has a split indoor/outdoor pool feature that my kids did enjoy. It also has complimentary breakfast and dinner options with an added bonus for adult guests 21 and older (wink). All around, everything was a great first-time experience for me because I had never stayed with this chain before. My room was spacious with gorgeous views. And my room was immaculately clean. Definitely will seek them out wherever I stay from now on”

“When we got to our room, one of the beds had no sheets or blankets on it. There was no shower rod or curtain for the shower, there was mold and the ceiling looked like it was collapsing. We let the front desk know and even talked to the manager and they did absolutely NOTHING. We asked if we could switch rooms which they did allow us to do and that room was better, except for the ROACHES. We told them about the roaches and they didn't seem to care about that either. “I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge.”
