“The staff were amazing and so helpful! This particular property has a split indoor/outdoor pool feature that my kids did enjoy. It also has complimentary breakfast and dinner options with an added bonus for adult guests 21 and older (wink). All around, everything was a great first-time experience for me because I had never stayed with this chain before. My room was spacious with gorgeous views. And my room was immaculately clean. Definitely will seek them out wherever I stay from now on”

“When we got to our room, one of the beds had no sheets or blankets on it. There was no shower rod or curtain for the shower, there was mold and the ceiling looked like it was collapsing. We let the front desk know and even talked to the manager and they did absolutely NOTHING.
