“This was a nightmare. I encountered several types of insects I had never seen before. Hybrids of sorts. The spider-ant, cricket-roach, and something that looked like a silverfish, but flew. I checked on too late on my road trip to find a different room. Instead, I tried to sleep the best I could with the lights and TV on.
Also, there was only a singular partially used role of toilet paper. No shower curtain liner. Horrible horrible.
The staff was friendly. That is the only good thing I can say...
“I spoke with the owner of the hotel because the hotel was too dirty too sleep in. The pool does not work and has not worked in over 5years per an anonymous person. There is not a 24 hour service desk that checks in and out.
I have requested and have been assured by the own that.either my reservations were cancelled or I will receive a full refund.”
