“The guys who works in the reception are amazing and super friendly. There is no AC”

“Bra vistelse trevlig personal”

“It feels like the hotel lost their spark a few years ago. They seem under staffed and it feels like they have a manager issue. Before arrival I called in a few times to ask questions, half of the times I was put on hold until the line broke after I asked ”hello do you speak english?”, and the other half of the times I was rudely spoken to. The wellness center is a joke, it’s 1 dry sauna, 1 warm room(?) and one steam sauna that was broken, the rest of the space was just seats and showers without...

“Decent location, like the rest of berlin not the best ventilation altouhg you could open the upper window well =)”

“Superfin frukost. Stora rum av något äldre standard, men hade ändå mer än vad som krävs. Bra parkeringsmöjlighetet och spårvagnen stannar precis utanför hotellets ingång.”

“Quite loud towards the street and the beds where just horrible. On the positive side. It's right qhere it all happens and all shared spaces are extremely clean. ”

“Icke fungerande aircondition. Litet rum. Bra frukost. Generellt dyrt boende, frukost och parkering. Deposition av 100 Euro med återbetalning efter 5-7 bankdagar. Delvis avvisande personal.”

“The room temperature was always much higher than the outside, and it was too warm. It would be nice with some room temperature regulation. Otherwise everything was great.”

“Helt okej hotellrum, de hade det nödvändigaste.”

“Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. While the room itself was acceptable and the property provided a floor fan and earplugs during the hot weather, several issues had a significant negative impact on our experience. The main entrance was left open 24/7, despite appearing capable of being secured, which did not create a particularly safe feeling. The stairwells also had very poor ventilation and a distinct unpleasant smell throughout our stay. Having now spent time in this part of Berlin, I...
