“This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. “Hi, we stayed here 3 nights, it was a large room with lot of space. Everything was good except the airconidition, it was very hot in the room and we could´nt get the heat down. The wi-fi does not work in the room, only in the lobby and café, that was a disapointment. ”
