“Great”

“The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good. Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold.”

“No hotel was dirty and poorly lit. It felt unsafe. The hot tub that i was told was working was taped off. You could smell smoke in the hallways. I could hear someone playing music with loud base and the room its self was dirty none of the lights were plugged in and furniture waa moved away from the wall where there was trash.”

“Ingen frukost som skulle ingå. Ingen städning allmänt smutsigt och nedgånget. Inget byte av handdukar. Stopp i avloppet från handfatet. Vattenläckage som medförde blöt heltäckningsmatta. Min resekamrat fick duscha i mitt rum för hans dusch fungerade inte. Kunde ej byta rum för de påstod att alla rum var bokade. Ett Mardrömshotell !!”

“The room was cold, the door didnt close tight. The key card never worked even after a twn day stay. The gaurd, hasaan was extremely unprofessional. He asked for proof of stay and when produced he still was very unprofessional. Overall, wont be staying there again. ”

“This apartment was pretty good overall. I had to pay from the parking garage every time I got in and out. There’s no privileges regarding parking. They 2 queen beds and fold out sofa. Mislead me by stating in the listing that it was a full twin bed. Not at all the same. Otherwise it’s roomy, clean, safe. Billiard pool room was cool. Didn’t use the swimming pool, but looked nice. ”

“Bokade och betalade extra för frukost. Men hotellet har ingen frukost. Fick inte heller någon kompensation. Går fortare att boka med frukost för en extra kostnad, bedrägeri?”

“While the neighborhood is nice, I cannot recommend this place. As others have written before, they have a no-shoes policy in the house without providing slippers for guests. Though the Expedia listing mentions the same breakfast for all rooms, it only applies for the more expensive suites, not the standard rooms. There's no housekeeping - instead of B&B this might be listed as "make your own bed and cook your own breakfast". This might be fine if you book a hostel, but that's not what is...

“Room was clean, staff was friendly, valet parking was simple. Great location! Came in for the PWHL game and it is so close to the arena and numerous options to eat. If we go back for another game, I will stay here again for sure! ”
