“Clean. Good food and very helpful staff.”

“Very elegant hotel with nice staffs and clean environment. The restaurant is a jewel with various delicious offerings”

“I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for!”

“The was a charge added to room that wasn’t mine had to keep getting key card reprogrammed more than 21 times and no it’s not and exaggeration . The complimentary breakfast menu was not accurate. A roach came out of my breakfasts platter . They were cleaning room sterile but the last week out of my 20 days they began to slack. Music playing through out the night into the am . Even though there area signs and it’s listed in hotel manual that it will not be tolerated. I had hopes this was my first...

“Amazing staff, clean rooms”

“Excellent Customer Services.”

The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate. ”

“Seriously stay away from this place!sorry but when you book a hotel with continental breakfast included and they say its not and argue with you then they actually charge you more for the room it is disgusting. Everything was so bad! ”

“I was made to”

“If ther as a minus review, thats what i would give. Check in was a lot of hassle because hotel staff was not aware of my reservation. Hotel has lots of false advertising, no outdoor pool as advertised(absolutely nothing of this sort on the property, had to walk round the hotel to be sure), no free breakfast as advertised(when i asked for free breakfast as advertised, staff told me i had to pay). Wifi does not get to their basic rooms unless you're in the suite. I complained about the wifi to...
