“It was great. The AC was stuck on Cool when we arrived and it was about 49 degrees outside, but though I forgot his name the Young Man who checked us in immediately got right on it and called the Maintenance Person and within about 15 minutes they had it repaired and heating ! And they explained what had happened and that was Top Rung Customer Service !! Also, the Young Lady that was cooking and restocking in the Dining area, though I forgot her name also, was very friendly and Customer Service...
