“Perfect location with, basically, walking distance to most shops and attractions. Nice hotell with breakfast included and a bar/lounge on the 25th floor overlooking the city. Friendly service and staff.
I caught a cold on the flight over and the front desk sent a bell boy to an all night pharmacy for some medication - as they decided I could not explain my needs properly to the pharmacy (my not speaking mongolian). The poor man was sent back when the Ms. Ariunaa was not satisfied with what was...

“An old soviet era hotel which has been well renovated. Right in the city centre, reception staff speak good English and arranged airport transfers and tours at a reasonable price.
Large, comfortable room. Good range of food for breakfast, dinner quality is more variable but excellent Chinese restaurant as well”

“Personal at hotel are all very friendly. Because of winter (low season), I got a free upgrade so I added 2 more nights there. The hotel must be 5 star before the other new international 5 stars were built.
No need to pay more and stay even more center of Ulanbataar, walking distance from this hotel and bus is just outside, easy and very cheap.
Emart is a big and great shopping center with everything you need, which is just outside of the hotel. Many restaurants nearby, really convenient!”

“This is a very nice property and value. It's new, so eventually they will probably charge more. But it was super clean, very spacious, quiet, everything you could ask for. The attendant was very knowledgeable about mongolia and was very entertaining to talk to.”

“This is a nicely updated hotel, Staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice, good hot water, good WIFI, Breakfast is very basic, so if you are looking for a nice included breakfast this is not the hotel for you. I was planning to visit Turtle Mountain and Terelj National Park so this hotel is on the east side of the city closer to these attractions than most hotels”
