Loretta, as you say in your review that you are an owner of a VRBO home. Wouldn’t that have made sense to contact me directly to discuss instead of tainting someone’s business over bogus claims. This home is a log cabin and does have all wooden doors and some log style beds. Please read all previous reviews that have been mentioned prior to your stay. Two things that I may mention is: one you left the house a mess, trash left inside the house and not outside in the receptacles. Also multiple stains on several of the carpets that I discussed. I was going to charge you for the carpet cleaning fee, but as a nice person and what I communicated to you I decided to cover the cost. Also we let you check in three hours early without a blink of an eye or extra charge to you. Again in my listing everything is expressed and viewed from all the pictures listed on my VRBO site. Nothing to hide and communication is key for running your VRBO business. I certainly have communicated very well on my end and I would recommend you as well. We wouldn’t be a premier property if we didn’t do the right things. .
