With a location just five miles north of Cranmore Mountain Resort and lots of coveted amenities that include a private game room, a shared pool, and a private washer and dryer, this duplex is going to be just what your family has been hoping to find for your next winter ski vacation!

Inside, the living room is open and spacious, with a handsome wood-burning stove to warm up the room during those frosty winter nights, wood-paneled ceilings supported by exposed joists, and lots of natural light streaming in through large windows overlooking the private deck and surrounding trees. The full kitchen is awaiting the family chef with ample counter space, attractive appliances, and plenty of terrific cookware. You can serve up to eight guests at the dining table and there is seating for three at the breakfast bar. The kids will love challenging each other to games of air hockey, mini pool, and Ping-Pong in the game room during frosty winter months, and summer guests can enjoy refreshing swims in the shared pool after good games on the shared tennis and basketball courts. Don't forget: you'll have a private washer/dryer to knock out those dirty hiking clothes, so you can afford to pack light for this trip!

WHAT’S NEARBY
Cranmore Mountain Resort is nearby with lots of fun ski runs the whole family will enjoy like Gibson and Outa Luck for the beginners and Zip Trail and North Slope for the group's more advanced skiers. After spending an afternoon on some powdery ski slopes, grab an après-ski meal at Legends Grill and a cold drink from Zip's Pub. The kids will also appreciate a trip to Living Shores Aquarium, just three miles north, where they can explore some of their favorite animals through interactive exhibits and fun touch pools.

Comfortable home in great location with amenities
The house itself was great. Had plenty of space for us with spacious rooms and enough bathrooms. The location was close to the hiking trails and town that it wasn't a long drive, too. They had Apple TV, which we really didn't know how to work, but the spectrum TV service worked fine for when we were in the house. The host was responsive and sent someone out when we had a minor issue. Overall a great stay!

Overall a good spot!
Overall our stay here was very nice. The location was great near all of the ski resorts in North Conway. Check in process was very easy and well communicated. The condo was very cute and fit our needs. My only complaint was although the condo was clean overall when we checked in the stove was not cleaned and there were some pans that when pulled out had also not been washed well. Still had some dried food on them. Also there was significant peeling of paint in the upstairs bathroom, could use a refresh on paint. Lastly, there was a tv in the 2nd bedroom but it was not a smart TV and did not have a fire stick so we couldn't use it. I would have brought my own fire stick if I had known that. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again just maybe pay some extra attention to those few things! Thanks!

Great Stay!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Accurate description on line. Few minor things- Some updating could be done and some things could have been a little cleaner. Would have liked to see detailed instructions on using tv and air conditioner. In the kitchen there were no oven mits or extra towels. It would have been nice to have disinfecting spray to wipe down kitchen counters and table after cooking/eating. Downstairs bathroom smelled a little bit. Again, overall great stay and cute little town house! Would stay again.

Fun Family Getaway
Fun stay for our family of four. Was in a great, central location...our trips to hiking, swimming, and dining were never far away. Had to subtract one star because the dryer wasn't working properly and the construction next door was a little bit noisy at times, but otherwise it was an enjoyable experience.

Family ski trip
Chris was a great host, very responsive and made sure we were all set and didn’t need anything. There was an expected snow storm and he checked in with us and give us all necessary info Incase of snow and any power loss (there was no loss of power). The condo is well equipped with all necessary essentials and in a great location. The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are a good size. The living couch couch is a great size to fit everyone for a relaxing movie night after a long day of skiing, the electric fireplace is a welcome added touch. The dining area in the condo has a great built in banquet which is great for family dinner. There is a small mudroom which worked great to hang coats and leave snowy boots. There are ample puzzles and games to use. The view from the living room of the mountains is beautiful especially in the morning as the light hits them. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again if it was available.
