“Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good internet Wi-Fi.”

“This is a good hotel, and our room had a fantastic view. The only reason for our bad review was related to two things. First, we had to have maintenance to our room twice, first because the remote control for heating did not work, and then the safe stopped working due to bad batteries. The second thing was that when we wanted advice on how to best find a guide for Machu Picchu, the woman in the reception recommended their trusted service with a Local tour operator. But she said the guide was not...

“Clean room, noise canceling window, friendly staff”

“Close to bus stop and lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms are small and need hanging space. There was no hanging space or shelf or closet to put your clothes.”

“Perfectly fine for a one-night stopover. You can’t beat the location right near the train station, and everything is walkable. The team was sweet, the place was very clean, and breakfast was good. The street noise isn't ideal for a long stay, but for one night, it was a totally fine, convenient option.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Small but cozy. Beautifully decorated room. Central heating. Hot shower. Amazing breakfast.”

“Limpieza, ubicación”

“Good service, very nice room – exactly the luxury you'll need after trekking the Inca Trial for 4 days! The restaurant serve surprisingly modern and good food. Staff was very helpful. Only downside are the ground floor rooms without balcony. Overall a very nice experience.”

“Not a good experience at all. Run down and dirty. Stunk. Tiniest bathroom-size of airplane bathroom. Got bites all over my arms and legs at night from something. Bites turned into welts and caused muscle pain. Breakfast in morning was cold. Warmer under food was not plugged in. Staff were trying to be helpful but didn’t know English well. Got charged for two nights but only stayed one. Tried calling them for almost 4 months prior to reservation to cancel second night and they never got back to...

“The inn is very close to the train station, which is convenient, though it can get a little loud when trains pass by. The property is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Mary was especially helpful. We arrived fairly late, and during check-in, she advised us to get our Machu Picchu tickets right away rather than wait until early the next morning. Thanks to her advice, we secured our tickets that evening and may have avoided missing out on our preferred circuit. She was also very...

“Trevligt hotel i lugn del av staden. Tyvärr inte så varmt vatten i duschen.”

“We stayed with our family. Its a really nice location. We left our bags here while we went to Machu Picchu. Adter it was a 5 minute walk to get our bags and then another 5 minutes to go to the train station.”

“Probably the best place to be in the Machu Picchu area. The hotel and its garden is well worth a visit in its own right. We booked early and got a good price and very good value concidering the meals included. ”

“Clean room and facilities. Friendly staff”

“Finding the hotel was difficult but we were lucky to find the Tourism Office and after a quick call a hotel member appeared and escorted us to the hotel. It is a budget hotel although as it was only for one night it acceptable, well that was until we found out they they had allocated our double room to someone else, and she was travelling on her own!!! The room they offered us instead was directly facing the sun and the temperature was well over 40 degrees even with the curtains closed. And the...
