“Vi är inte nöjda med städningen. Det kändes inte rent, en dag hade städpersonalen missat att bädda med överkast (det låg på en stol) och lakan var felbäddade i båda sängarna. Mögel på AC:n. Slitet och väldigt hårda sängar. Trevlig frukost, bra tvättmöjligheter. ”

“STAFF PREVENT ME TO ENTER THE ROOM BEFORE 3 PM WHILE NO ROOM WAS OCCUPIED. WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE, THEY STOP THE BREAKFAST. EVEN THE COFFAE AND TEA, THERE WAS A SHORTAGE AT THE COFFAE ROOM.”

“The room's floor was very creaky and noisy. The bedside tables needed cleaned, and the sheets/duvet for the bed was gross. The faucet in the bathroom was not properly attached and moved around when you turned on either faucet. Water pressure was quite low from the sink's faucet. The microwave was peeling on the inside and rusty. At least the air conditioner worked.”

“I made a reservation for a room via Expedia, but when I arrived a few hours later, the lobby had a whiteboard displayed saying all reservations had been cancelled. There were no employees there and a dozen people were waiting in the lobby. I don't know if this issue was due to the hotel not managing their reservations properly or an issue on Expedia's end.”

“Great place to stay for a quick overnight”

“Disgusting in every way. Property not maintained inside or outside. I had pre-paid so I was stuck. Room had an overwhelming stench of wet dog and cigarettes, mold, mildew etc. The room did not seem to have been cleaned other than the sheets. The floor had dirt and filth on it. It obviously had not been mopped for a long time. The nice young man at the desk tried to resolve with some fabreeze to no avail. I went to Walmart and bought some deodorizing spray and Clorox wipes and cleaned the...

“You can always count on your stay being consistent. Great staff, who are friendly, and very accommodating. Clean rooms, plenty of parking, easily accessible from the NYS Thruway. Great value for the money.”

“Väldigt oprofessionell personal som är obrydda och bråkar med varandra framför gästerna. Vid flera tillfällen såg vi personal sova i lobbyn och snarka högt. Väldigt ofräsch lobby och personal. Rummen var ok men inte prisvärda.”

“We arrived late around 1 am in the night, just had to reach out to the reception at 6PM to generate the keys which let us in. Everything was seamless. During our 1 day stay we found receptionist & hotel staff to be courteous & friendly & accommodating to our custom request of late checkout at 11:45 am as well. Hotel is well located, walkable starbucks & chipotle nearby ticks the box of caffeine + food needs to get you on the road as well.”

“Städerskan frågade om det "behövdes" bäddas i sängen....? Frukosten spartansk med Europeiska mått - plastbestick - papptallrikar - svagt urval. Man bygger om och det var lerigt och skitigt runt om vilket drogs med in i hotellet. Stod containers på baksidan och såg allmänt byggarbetsplatslikt. Svårt att förstå att man tar så mycket betalt när man är i ett sådant skede. Finns inget att göra i hotellet. Saknas restaurang, bar och någon typ av "aktivitet".”
