“Was a very dated, poorly kept property.”

“I booked this room due to the free breakfast and the room being a kitchenette. The free breakfast was barely that....some small bagels, bread, and frozen waffles. There was a toaster for the bread items and some butter and cream cheese in a small refrigerator, but calling this breakfast is a stretch. Not compared to what basically any other hotel now offers. The room was indeed a kitchenette....there were two electric burners, a sink, and refrigerator. However, there were no knobs to turn...

“Stay was absolutely amazing. Staff are very accommodating and lovely. One thing I would say is the communication with the kitchen staff could use some work. At least once per meal something wasn’t as requested when it was very basic request. Ex. No tomatoes, or sauce on the side.”

“Had booked this hotel through Expedia for a last minute business trip and two are surprise as we were walking through the hallway We recognized that the wallpaper was coming off in most areas and once we entered into the hotel room there was a musty smell so I was suspicious of water damage looking into a lower metal axis panel there was rusty metal indicating lots of moisture and water problems I am a specialist in this area so I further investigated the bathroom right away I peeled back some...

“The property seems ok on the outside, but on the inside it’s rather dirty. The hotel has an intense dewy/dingy smell that doesn’t go away even if you open a window. The carpets and upholstery just seemed grimy, our room was dirty upon arrival, with our bedding having a cigarette hole in it and there being a used towel wedged behind the door that was missed during cleaning. We did not end up staying and quickly found another hotel.”

“Great hotel! The front desk staff was just ok. Being from Texas I’m used to really nice people. When I went to check out and ask for a copy of my receipt, the front desk clerk seemed put out. Other than that, all was good.”
