Host made you feel at home. She even made supper reservations for us at the Waterfront which I highly recommend. We walked and it wasn’t far. Laura leaves little extras for you in the room that the bigger places do not. Very thoughtful host.

Lovely place!
I love staying at The Kemps. The host was very friendly! The room was clean, cozy and comfortable! We had a great night of sleep before hitting the road. That's a lot of stores around the property which makes it easier to walk around. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely Guesthouse near the city centre
The Kemps is a delightful guesthouse. The room was beautifully decorated, well equipped and extremely clean. Owner was super friendly and very informative. We will most certainly stay again the next time we are in Inverness. THANK YOU

Lovely room, very friendly and helpful host, tasty breakfast, chiller in the room - would recommend! Maybe a couple of easily accessible sockets, near the bed, for phone charging would be useful.

The KEMPS is a small guest house with clean, updated rooms. Our room was a good size and included a table and chairs. The hosts were very helpful with information about local attractions and restaurants. We would love to stay there again.

Danny was so helpful, giving us all kinds of advice for our stay in Inverness and our trip. He is from the Glencoe area and gave us great recommendations for travel. Kemps guesthouse couldn’t have been more friendly. Everything was perfect.

Sweet Guest House with lovely hosts Laura and Danny run a sweet little Guest House where I had a lovely 3-night stay. You order breakfast the night before and Danny cooks it in the morning - full Scottish available and a great way to start the day. The house is an easy and lovely river-walk into the heart of the city in one direction and out the canal in the other. The home is sparkling clean with updated bathrooms, comfy beds and lots of little amenities, like a mini-fridge in the room. The owners live upstairs and are a great source of information about the area. This was the perfect place for me to land for a 3-week solo tour of Scotland. I did not have a car and could get around easily. There is a grocery directly across the street, as well as a bus stop. I would love to stay here again.

A wee gem
This place was a great find. Friendly host, lovely room, easy parking and lot of wee extras to make my stay comfortable (including chocolates, Whoo hoo). I was warned that room 4 might have road noise, but, in fact, the glazing was excellent and i can honestly say that I had a great night's sleep. Also, though i didnt need them, the hosts thoughtfully provide ear plugs. I will definitely be back!

Es war ein sehr freundlicher und liebevoller Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wurde frisch von den Gastgebern zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Wir haben auch für den Aufenthalt in Iverness gute Tipps von den Gastgebern bekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

This has been our favourite stay during our 2 weeks in the UK! The bed was so comfy, shower was excellent, property was spotless. The owners go above and beyond with their helpfulness, upkeep of the property, décor, amenities, and delicious breakfast. I almost wish this has been our first stop as the owners are so helpful and knowledgeable about Scotland that I felt as though they could have planned our trip for us! They know so many great places to tour, hike, sightsee, etc. What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at The KEMPS guesthouse! I can’t wait to plan our return trip (hopefully sooner than later) to Scotland. You can guarantee we’ll be staying here again when we come back. I’m

Couldn't be better
Brilliant accommodation at an amazing price. The bed was comfy, room was quiet and everything was clean. The perfect place to stay after a wet day down at Cairngorm. If we visit Inverness again, it'll be at Kemp's guesthouse.

Fantastic Stay
This was a fantastic stay,Danny and Laura the owners were so incredibly kind and helpful. Check in was nice and easy and the room was beautifully clean. Parking was fantastic and a bonus to have a little mini fridge in the room also.

Danny and Laura’s place was so lovely to stay at. I had some trouble getting to Inverness from Edinburgh due to train strikes, but after calling Danny, he was able to help me find a way to get to Inverness and was so kind. The place itself was easy to find, right by a bus stop, and was also a short walk to the bus station and to the Caledonian canal, which was a wonderful place for a walk. I arrived a few hours before the scheduled check in, but they were able ro have my room ready early. Their guest house was extremely clean and comfortable - the bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in. They had a microwave I was able to use to heat up food and a small fridge in the room that had cold water upon my arrival. The day I left, I had an early bus and Danny had made sure to leave some breakfast items for me, free of charge. Truly the most accommodating and kind hosts and an excellent place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

What a gem, a beautiful place to stay. The owners were fantastic and attention to detail was great. The room we stayed in was beautiful, very clean, comfortable complete with a dining table and mini fridge. Continental breakfast in our room was very good. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We had an excellent stay here. Very friendly and welcoming. Danny had great tips for where to visit during our stay and the rest of our holiday in Scotland. Also the breakfast was great! Could not recommend the Kemp Guest any higher. Would stay again.

Great overnight stay at Kemps! The location was perfect, a 10-15min walk to the city. Everything was spotless, the shower was powerful, and there were lovely extra treats like chocolates and biscuits. Would highly recommend it - great value for money!
