The owner contacted us a day or two before our arrival and said that he had an issue with this property, but he had space that we could stay in at a B and B that he owned. We agreed to do so. Very nice big swimming pool and just cross the street to go to the beach and walk in 30 minutes to the Scala dei Turchei. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. "The hotel is located at a good ocean facing location. However the hotel had not turned on the air conditioning yet so it was hot in the night. We opened the balcony door but there were mosquitoes came in the room and we couldn’t sleep because of that. I would suggest the hotel to turn on the AC as the area has lot of mosquitoes so keeping the windows/doors open in the night is not ideal."

The Villa is by itself in a rural area, but only a few miles from a town with restaurants.
