“The overall stay was good the house was very old and beautiful. I only had two problems the first being that the hot water heater didn't work very well and you literally just turned on the hot water knob and didn't have to use the cold at all. It probably got about a hundred degrees. It was impossible to take a bath. The second being the bed was very uncomfortable I ended up leaving early because it ended up hurting my back so bad that I couldn't sleep one night. It's literally like an 8 inch...

“Super clean place, parking is good except you have to pay for it, staff was good.”

“It's a nice hotel”

“Such a wonderful place to stay great staff and great breakfast. Pristine rooms and service”

“A fantastic hotel with high standards and really nice rooms. The only thing was the rooftop pool had a little small space for sun beds. ”

“Breakfast”

“Very clean establishment, even the stairwells. Great location, easy access to RT 95 and 495. There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot if you need it but the hotels complimentary breakfast was above average.”

“It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

“Easy to find property, very communicative Inn Keepers. My wife and I were very pleased with how peaceful and quiet the entire area was even during Halloween. Love the town of Rockport would definitely book again! Side note the room we had (not sure about others) is not individually climate controlled. Either open the windows or don’t. But overall an amazing stay and vacation for us!”

“We were very disappointed in this hotel. The cost was way too high for the condition of the property. The rooms were like an old motel, very run down. The lady at the front desk was nice, but other than that we did not enjoy our stay. The bathroom had rust stains on tub and toilet, toilet seat was loose, the hook on door to hang towels was ripped off. Just very worn and needs updating.”
