There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. “Prisvärt hotell med bekväma, fräscha och rymliga rum. Stor fördel att få rum med balkong. Frukosten lite pover men ok. Personalen mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Wi-Fi krånglade lite för mycket och även rumsnycklarna fick vi förnya lite för ofta. Tv kanalerna var i princip inget man kunde titta på till skillnad från förra gången då det fanns ”allt”. I det stora hela var vi nöjda och kan tänka oss att bo där på nästa resa.”

Simple South Indian fare (recommend paying up Rs. 100 for the Mulbagal dosa served at the buffet as a special order from the dosa corner in the same building). Overall a great mid-priced business hotel. ”
