“Very comfortable stay on the futon - it was lovely to hear the waterfalls from our room. Location was lovely - bit of a walk from the main town of Nikko, but it was fine for us! The staff were charming and so helpful.”

“A great hotel. Small but with everything you require. It is well organised! Despite being relatively small, they managed to put everything in: coin lockers for leaving your luggage, laundry place, place for microwaving your meals, an onsen. We had the classic Japanese room and actually expected not to have a bathroom inside, but actually it had a toilet and sink. Only the shower is outside, and actually that may not matter anyway if you use the onsen downstairs instead. A ramen restaurant is...
