The cabin suite was absolutely stunning. You have a view of the entire ski resort in your front porch and in the back you have the woods area that looked awesome in the snow.
However, upon entering the cabin we noticed a huge amount of ladybugs and dead bugs in the room. We called front desk to double check and they let us know that during the cold months, they tend to get in when front door is opened and closed frequently (makes sense, the cabin is basically out in woods so there would be bugs around trying to get to warmth of cabin). After the call, they did have cleaning crew come and pick up some of the bugs and they were very understanding and kind which was nice. Although it is expected, it was a bit unfortunate because along with that, it was evident that the room was not cleaned before hand. A lot of dust in places, the counters of some of the table tops were sticky with leftover residue of some sort and we had stained bedsheets.
Overall, the stay was nice but we might have not gotten the best experience because of insufficient cleaning.
