Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. âSupernice hotel just outside Lenox. New and clean. Cosy to sit by the outdoor fireplace with your drink. The only downside for me was the not do equiped gym.â
âIt was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time weâre in the area. â
âWe enjoyed our stay at the Whitlock (part of the same management as the Constance). Good restaurants easy to walk to. Quiet. Only thing we missed was a comfortable armchair in the bedroom.â
âWe we were in the Out of Africa room, set apart in a complex of 4 suites in a unit apart from the Inn itself. The room was uniquely created to feel like an escape to Africa, and heated by a lovely gas fireplace. The breakfast both mornings, delicious. A perfect getaway!â
