“Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay.”

“A solid choice if you want to live comfortably in Midtown. Room was good, updated, and relatively clean. Don’t expect too much if you choose a room with ”city view”. The staff was helpful, especially the bag personel. Breakfast was pretty average and not something I would pay extra for. Overall a good stay.”

“Address is great, just around corner from Ground Zero and metro stations. Very dark entrance and lobby with an unpleasant smell. Nice and helpful staff. Easy check-in. Room was good and bed comfortable. Hairdryer in bad shape and started fuming, so fire detector in my room went off. Unclear how to find door man when wanting to pick up stored luggage. I would stay again if price was right.”
