“We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at Copperhead. Our cabin was very clean, comfortable and cozy, and the staff, especially Denise, was very friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the huge, wraparound porch. The Flying Trout had great food and live entertainment. Not mentioned in other reviews is that it is close to an Appalachian Trail access point on Route 19. All in all, a very relaxing mountain hideaway.”

“The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!”

“We got a room next to the elevator and it was very noisy. The air conditioner kept turning off and we woke in the middle of the night extremely stuffy and warm. It was quite challenging to get a temperature that was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not too impressed with this hotel.”

“The room had black mold on the walls and floor. The refrigerator did not work. Pool was not open. The pool I can live with. As an individual with asthma, the mold made it hard to breathe. When I said something about the room and the mold issue, I was told all rooms were booked however there were more than half the rooms empty all night. I would recommend staying at another hotel there. The owners live on site, but were not accommodating when it came to getting another room. All other...

“Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not protein options. Pool was closed for maintenance which was also disappointing Bcus my toddler was looking forward to swimming in it. For a one night stay it was decent overall ”

“Stayed in the Nest (our room name). Room was very large, comfortable, and had an enormous tub if you wanted a bath. ”
