âEnjoyed the quiet clean room. It was a good stop along my multi day journey across northern Michigan. It is close to a great trail, the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, and the nice little towns of Ishpeming and Negaunee, and not too far from the larger Marquette. It worked well as a place to stay before flying out of the Marquette airport the next day , which is only 25 mins away. I rented an e-bike from a shop in Negaunee, Love and Bikes. â
âEasy 15 min walk to downtown Marquette! We loved walking along the bike path near the lakeshore to and from dinner. Easy access to the highway that heads to pictured rocks. Breakfast area was clean and had lots of great options!â
âMy only regret is that we couldnât stay longer! The property is gorgeous and the location is ideal for us. I had to reach out to the hotel on the day of check in. I sent an email to the property through Expedia and I explained our situation. Someone from the property looked into the problem and contacted me very shortly after I sent the email (it had to be less than 30 minutes)! âI was skeptical about stay here, but this was honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. The room was immaculate. We use the local airport about once a year and needed to stay close by for the early flight. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be nearby. There was a firepit burning outside when we arrived. It is cute! The hotel has a very patriotic theme.â
âWe stayed at several motels/hotels during our 12-day vacation in the UP and this one was by far the best. The staff is excellent. We enjoyed an evening âsocialâ with complimentary food and drinks as well as a very nice breakfast bar. The location is close to downtown/lake attractions. Super nice place.â
