“We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets....

“Breakfast wasn’t the best, but the fruit was great. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Room was close to the water (no beach), and really close to the Jungle. If you want to see animals this is the right place to stay. Lot of nature-activities to do and you can walk in the jungle on footpaths. I recommend scuba diving at Isla Caño. ”

The washroom was clean and the rooms were really comfortable with AC and multiple beds, towels, and some blankets. Raquel was an awesome host and gave us really great recommendations nearby including restaurants and a convenience store. “The staff was very helpful and friendly. She coordinated a boat ride back to Sierpe plus a ride to the beach. The air conditioning and warm showers felt SO good after our overnight in Corcovado! We also had a private deck with a view of the trees and some parrots hanging out! Wish we had been able to stay longer!”
