“This lovely hotel, in the tiny, unpretentious village of Drake Bay, was wonderful. I am an amateur wildlife photographer. The manager gave me Room 1, with an enormous window that looks out onto a guarumo tree. In this tree arrived, in turn, a toucan, a pair of aracaris, tanagers, tityrus, caracaras, golden-naped woodpeckers, multiple iguanas, hummingbirds - it was simply incredible. I took the best pictures I've ever taken. The pool and the bar are nice, and everyone is friendly. Just one...

“Nice large clean room with balcony overlooking tropical vegetation. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast choices were good and enjoyed the nice clean pool. Good location in Drake Bay, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach.”

“Our "room" was a suite of 80 Square meters(!) with a large bathroom and our own kitchen. High above Sealevel, with Sea front view. No A/C but 2 large Fans. Close (<100 meters) to the Beach in Drake bay, but about 20 min stroll to the really great Beaches on the Western Coast. The Hotel is close to Restaurants and "Supermarkets" in Drake Bay. Breakfast OK, but not overwhelming.”

“Breakfast wasn’t the best, but the fruit was great. Very friendly staff and very helpful.
Room was close to the water (no beach), and really close to the Jungle. If you want to see animals this is the right place to stay.
Lot of nature-activities to do and you can walk in the jungle on footpaths.
I recommend scuba diving at Isla Caño. ”

“The friendly atmosphere and attentive staff, whether excursions or sunset drinks were perfect. Sitting in the forest enjoying the wildlife whilst eating such wonderful food was a joy. The room was clean and well cared for with a view and relaxed atmosphere true to the hotels name. ”
