“We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly because of the following reasons:
- no boat transfer to the island and no support at all when reaching out to the resort (incl. no person speaking English at all); we tried to reach out via phone, WhatsApp and e-mail but did not receive any response
- they market an own restaurant with broad dish options and they offer you a big menu but in fact they only had 5-6 dishes available for dinner from that menu, and no vegetarian dish at...

Internet är mycket dåligt i rummet. För att ha en stabil internet var vi tvungna att vistas på grann hotellet och även om vi ville njuta att av den karibiska havet. Cocoliso saknar en riktigt strand.”
“This hotel needs to do better. The AC in my room wasn’t working properly and the restaurant did not have at least 50% of the items of the menu. We left one day before, because we needed to fully enjoy our time of vacation. Perhaps, not only for this hotel, but for all the hotels in las Islas del Rosario, the transportation is a scary ride, way too many people in the boats.”
“We were honored to be the first guests after Isla Azul’s reopening under new management. The hotel manager Pedro is exceptionally friendly and customer-focused. He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. “Posto poco curato, trasandato e molto spartano. Prezzi molto alti per la qualità offerta. C’è un molo d’attracco ma non un vero posto dove fare il bagno. Sconsigliato.”
