Härlig mexikansk stil 4 sovrum Casa. Beläget i Isla Mujeres Punta Sur, erbjuder fantastisk soluppgång och solnedgång!

Casa erbjuder 4 sovrum och 3 badrum som rymmer upp till 8 gäster. De nedre rummen har ett anslutande badrum som förbinder båda rummen. Ett rum har en queen size-säng, garderob med kassaskåp; det andra rummet har 2 enkelsängar och en dörr som ansluter till den nedre gateda uteplatsen.
Huset erbjuder ett fullt utrustat kök med allt du behöver för att du ska känna dig som hemma, alla apparater, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, etc.! Vardagsrummet har kabel-TV och matplats som rymmer upp till 6 personer.
På andra nivån av huset hittar du de 2 sovrummen, alla erbjuder ett komplett badrum, garderob och havsutsikt balkonger med stolar. Ett av rummen har en oberoende åtkomst från sidan av huset om du inte vill störa de nedre gästerna när du kommer tillbaka sent på kvällen.

Det finns stora trädgårdar på framsidan och baksidan av huset, det finns parkeringsplats på framsidan av huset som är fastsatt vid ingången. Den bakre uteplatsen erbjuder en stor pool med ett par solstolar samt ett skuggat Palapa-område med en bar och bord och stolar för en trevlig måltid ute. Det finns också ett komplett badrum utanför i Palapa.

Riktigt stor övervåning terrass för soluppgång eller solnedgången utsikt!
Gångavstånd till South Point. 25 minuters bilresa i en golfbil till centrum eller 10 minuter i taxi. 15 minuter i en golfbil till supermarknaden eller 7 i en taxi.

Quiet beautiful scenery

We arrived on March 7th and stayed until March 23rd. This house was perfect for our friends that joined us. First week we had 8 people and second week we had 6 people all adults over the age of 40. We enjoyed the pool, palapa, grill, kitchen to make most meals at home. The comfort of the livingroom. We all sat in the common area in the morning ahd enjoyed our coffee before starting our day. We had 3 golf carts parked comfortably in front. The beds were comforable and clean. The bathrooms sre clean. The management company was very respinsive when needing more water. I would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing!

It was the perfect week long vacation for our group of 8 friends/ partners! The layout made it easy for us to enjoy privacy and also be together. Hanging out by the pool when we felt lazy was amazing. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We could cook at home when we felt like it, and go out when we didn’t. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurant/ waterfronts and went to the north end lesser than we expected! Overall, 10 out of 10!

Excellent Stay!

This house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the spaciousness of it! The air conditioner in the kitchen went out and they were very quick to fix it and had it fixed and running by the next morning. Communiction was excellent and we had such a great time! Thanks for hosting and we would definitely stay again!

I would say communication was great they set up our shuttle to and from the airport and had our golf carts at the property upon our arrival. When we arrived to the property the concierge was there waiting and went through the house with us. The first night we were tired we got in around 9pm ish and we had traveled starting at 3am lol the next day I noticed things to not be the cleanest, the fans in the rooms had alot a lot of dust build up on them, the lamp covers are very stained, the sliding doors in each room upstairs don’t lock. There were ants in the kitchen like 10000s near the kitchen window onto the counter and since we didn’t see them at first they infested anything we had left on the counters so that was a bummer. The showers do not hold much warm water at all and the pool was freezing so it wasn’t used. These things are not HUGE things to make it so our trip was ruined by any means the house is a nice size the bedrooms are also great sizes. I just think they need to put a little more effort into cleaning to me it seemed like it’s just wiped down and then the next family comes. I kept finding rat poo in the kitchen and in our bathroom ie we are from Mexico so we get it but not everyone coming would be a custom to that other then that this house was great the management was also great and very responsive! We really enjoyed our time thank you so much for hosting us!!! We made a lot of memeories!!

Family Vacay

The house was amazing! Very spacious, lots of lounging areas. My family spent alot of our down time at Casa del Sol, whether theyni were hanging out in their rooms, relaxing in the pool or watching tv, it suited us just perfectly! The views from every room were amazing!

Perfect Location

Not what it looks like but not bad at all.

Let me just start by saying after the first couple days we absolutely enjoyed our stay, would we stay again? Yes, now knowing what we were going into. To start the photos in the listing are at least a few years old, the house is not yellow, it's all the brown color and all the green vines are gone so the front looks much different. The property management team that met us was lovely and the owners we ended up dealing with were magnificent. The a/c worked amazingly in every room, the kitchen was stocked well and a great size and the pool was incredible. However, the cleaning team is incredibly lacking and the house needed a few things fixed. The security gates were off and thrown in the yard, which the owners had done as soon as they were aware, the one suit upstairs, couldn't open the sliding doors because they would fall off, the other suit didn't have anywhere to unpack your things, all the bedding consisted of was a sheet and an empty duvet cover no extra blankets and no part of the kitchenette in the one suit worked but the fridge, which was fine. The BBQ was a little hibatchi style and was full of water and totally ruined, there are several chipped and loose tiles on the main stairs and I don't recommend using the washer. On the plus side every room had lots of towels for pool and shower, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the shower had pretty decent pressure, it's definitely not a new house but it is large with lots of space and on a gorgeous part of the island.

Beautiful Home, good views and great layout

Not only did we enjoy this home but we found ourselves thinking how great this home could be for 3 couples or such. There is a living space in the middle, 3 seperate spaces.. one includes twins matched with a king sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The pool was great. The check in included a personal tour and walk thru. Overall, we had a geat time in Isla and this place was awesome.

Comfortable home in great location

House was very comfortable with lots of space and a nice pool and yard. The rooms are separated which is great for privacy but something to consider with little kids. The house location is great with restaurants and beaches near by and not mich of a trip to get to the much more busy North part of the island. Overall a very nice place and I would recommend.

Quiet getaway on Isla Mujeres

Very nice and authentic. Rooms were spacious. Would be a great space for 2 couples and another couple with up to two children. House was large, and pool was clean, and large and inviting. Back yard was very private.
