“This villa is gorgeous! It's spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. The murphy bed pulls down in the living room, separate from the 2 couches sitting area. Best of all - it's a perfect location, walkable to the marina, beach, state street, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, everything. We parked the car and didn't need it during our stay. Highly recommend! Also, you can even walk 1-2 blocks to 2 small groceries/markets.”

“This is a cool pad with a separate casita in the back which was a nice respite for those older in the group. Great couch for hanging out, big dining table and back deck with lounge chairs that was wonderful for a glass of wine on a pretty day. Parking is tight but great to have 2 spots!”

“Very nice house in a nice neighbourhood. We drove to Trader Joes but otherwise walked everywhere including to a great hispanic supermarket - Santa Cruz. The kitchen has everything you need to make the most of the local produce -- and if you don't feel like it there is a huge array of places to eat and drink out. No fuss check-in / check out. This is what VRBO is all about.”

“The property was clean and pretty well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and plenty of dishes. Nice assortment of serving pieces as well. The property is lovely, with fruit trees and many varieties of vegetation. Good variety of games and books for all. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My only suggestion to them is to perhaps to have a couple extra bathroom towels available. Definitely recommend staying at Villa Verde! ”
