David, We regret you didn't reach out to us with these questions and concerns during your stay. This property is on the gunbarrel subdivision system and not on the system with a boil order. Well water can have iron during some times of the year resulting in a yellow hue. We haven't had complaints at this property before and will see if we can flush the lines. We were unaware of the issue with the carafe. Unfortunately, it wasn't reported when the home was serviced. We have already dispatched a replacement and would have been happy to provide you with a new one as we keep them on hand in storage. We will also look into the issue you reported with the stove. Hi Jessica, thank you for taking your time to leave a review and I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed the home! I do believe this is our first noise complaint. One of the homes directly across the street is also a vacation rental, so it certainly could have been timing with an unruly group. I do not think this is a common issue, however to our future guests, all rental homes must have contact information displayed in the window; you are more than welcome to call that number or the city to make a complaint. We wish nothing less than for our guests to have a perfect stay!

Hello, thank you for spending the time to leave your feedback. This property is not listed as having air conditioning and has heating modules only due to its location (this is very common in the area). To cool the home down, we suggest opening all windows later in the evenings and early mornings and turn on all fans to create a nice cross-breeze. We suggest closing all windows, any blinds and doors during the warmer part of the day to keep the home cooler. This home is located just over 32 miles from the west entrance to Yellowstone and should take about 35 to 40 minutes to drive. We always recommend leaving early to avoid the traffic you can and to get in a full day of exploring! There can be traffic inside the park as well, but that's usually caused by our 4 legged friends and often worth the wait!
