“Staff is super friendly and helpful until it’s late in the evening. When you just get ignored. Reservations are pointless because they don’t pay attention to detail on the time slots. And the worse part is that there was money missing from my room and when I brought it up to management their response was why didn’t you use the safe. As it’s something that should be expected at a high end resort.”

“We got a suite which was well worth the price for the extra room. The cleaning staff was great. The vibe at the hotel was really good. The only negative is that the property is over an hour from Puerto Vallarta so any activities outside the hotel take a huge part of your day due to transportation.”
“We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos.
The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more...
